For Credit Suisse based in Zürich we are currently looking for a
Junior Requirements Engineer / Business Analyst
Start: 10.03.14
End: 31.08.14
Location: Zürich
Language: German and English
As a Requirements Engineering / Business Analyst in the MiFID II Advisory Minutes project you
- achieve a clear understanding of business goals and needs within the context of business processes.
- take ownership and are responsible for all relevant RE deliverables
- elicit, analyze, develop, validate and manage project-spanning requirements during the whole project life cycle
- challenge business requirements during elicitation.
- work closely with business partners and IT team (e.g. architects, solution engineers and testers) and ensure common understanding.
- support other roles in their activities (e.g. ITPLs, testers)
- act as a trusted advisor to the business partners.
- review end-to-end related high-level design and test cases to ensure alignment to requirements.
- proactively identify areas for improvement (in process / product / project) and works to implement changes.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- At least 2 years of experience as business engineer or requirements engineer.
- Academic degree (Masters, Bachelor) in economics, computer science or similar.
- Profound English and German language skills.
- Theoretical financial know-how.
- Experience using requirements engineering tools and methods (e.g. Use Case modeling, UML).
- Strong and accurate analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work with different stakeholders and project roles.
- Self-motivated, flexible and initiative personality with the ability to learn quickly.
- Readiness to take over some responsibility and leadership roles (e.g. coordinate overall requirements).
- Credit Suisse experience or even experience with INVESTnet, RAS-GCE, FrontNet or DWH would be plus.
