The CST-Department is looking for an individual located in Zurich with extensive project management experience to support two roles on a multi-year Global Strategic Program. This individual will report to the Corporate Services Technology Program Lead who is based in New York.
40 - CST Regional Liaison on the Program for Switzerland, as well as, providing an oversight role for APAC as well.
o Responsibilities include:
- Being the liaison between the Strategic Program IT Team in Switzerland and the CST Program Team / Functional Workstream Leads.
- Ensure the needs/requirements of the Strategic Program IT Team in Switzerland are clearly communicated to the CST Team
- Represent CST, and support other CST Workstream Leads in the various Strategic Program IT program team meetings
60 - Functional Workstream Lead for General Council (GC) IT, which is part of CST Department.
o Responsibilities include:
- Interface with GC IT Domain Leads and General Council clients to determine requirements of the Strategic Program across the 4 regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC and Switzerland)
- Partner with PMs, IT functional leads and IT SMEs to ensure alignment of solution to business needs and facilitate collaboration
- Develop consolidated, sequenced project plan across all the GC IT areas involved in solution.
- Capture and consolidate IT status, issues/risks, financials, resource requirements and allocations from all engaged PMs in GC IT.
- Ensure any methodology governance requirements are supported
- Report on progress and status to CST Program Team and Sr. Stakeholders as required.
Skills:
Required Experience
- 12 years or more of project management experience; 4 years or more of program management experience.
- Experience in working with diverse teams across regions and time zones, delivering projects of high complexity. Evening meetings with other regions will be required.
- Very skilled in client management, excellent PM knowledge and practices, strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, overcome obstacles, and resolve difficult situations is critical
- Must exhibit leadership qualities and be able to quickly assess situations and take actions, and make decisions.
- Must be able to speak and write in German AND English fluently.
- Proficiency with MS Project is mandatory; as well as strong knowledge of Powerpoint and Excel
- Knowledge of financial services beneficial but not mandatory
