Senior Business Development Manager
My Client, A leading ICT company is currently looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Director/Manager to join their growing team based in Munich Germany.
As the SeniorBusiness Development Director/Manager you will contribute to my client’s Hardware and Engineering Dept. which will in turn play a leading role in researching new technology and delivering specific solutions.
As the SeniorBusiness Development Director/Manager you will work for the Engineering Technology Center, Power Distribution competence Center, and Advanced Assembly Technology Center with the team from the Hardware Engineering Dept.
You are motivated to work as part of the R&D team. You have a keen interest in innovation projects and complex challenges in the world of communication. You are open minded and a good team player with a wide background in Hardware and Engineering field (including materials science, materials technology, mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, electronic engineering and communications engineering, etc).
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to my client’s Hardware Engineering technology strategy, technical planning and a step-by-step implementation strategy
Build extensive and long term Cooperation with the European leading academic universities and institutes for cultivating the hardware and engineering technical innovation and exploring new cooperation opportunities
In-depth understanding of the key technical requirements of Hardware and Engineering; Keep pace with the cutting edge technology developing status and trends; Continually Sourcing, providing, recommending and determining potential valuable cooperation project and partners
Manage all the cooperation projects for Central Hardware and Engineering Institute in Europe
Steer and coordinate related technical planning activities in cooperation with the client’s Headquarter
Requirements:
PhD degree in hardware and engineering related field; master or bachelor degree holders with extremely rich experience can also be considered
At least 5+ years’ R&D experiences within global players in Automotive, Aviation, Communication, Energy, Manufacturing or related industry
Familiar with at least two or above technical field listed below: Materials Science, Materials Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Communications /Electronics Engineering
Extensive and profound knowledge of the details of the cutting edge technical topics of engineering fields and keen on technical understanding and judgment of the emerging technical ideas/ trends in the engineering industry
Fluent in English with great intercultural social and communication skills; ability to work in international teams
Prepared for travel as projects’ demand
