Function Description :
Next to coaching the new Agile project and teams, you will also be helping with the development of the Agile processes and guidelines and the alignment between the different participating departments
(architecture, I&O, release management, )
The tasks of an Agile coach consists of:
- Coaching and mentoring Agile teams
- Teaching of Scrum roles, responsibilities, framework, artefacts and meetings
- Assisting teams in adoption and adaptation of Agile techniques
- Empowering cross-functional self-organizing teamwork
- Recognizes when a particular Agile technique is not the best solution for the teams needs
- Work with E-2-E Project Managers and IT Delivery Managers to share learnings and maximize practice consistency between teams
- Work with different internal departments to facilitate continuous delivery, planning,transparency and improvement
- Setup of appropriate tooling
- Participation to the formalization & documentation of the processes
Education : Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience
Certification : Agile (practitioner or coach)
Languages Requirement :
French Good
Dutch Good
English Fluent

Experience :
Mandatory :
- At least 5 years of experience in an Agile IT organization.
- Scrum
- Kanban
- Have a vast experience in coaching
Preferable :
- Lean experience within IT
- Experience in the setup of JIRA (Greenhopper)
- Experience in financial domain
- Experience with DevOps
