I am looking for a Project Manager (m/f) with solid knowledge in Financial Crime for my client in the Finance industry.
Following skills and tasks required:
manage the design and implementation of key BAU Financial Crime initiatives
Deliver the necessary analysis and planning to plan a clear implementation approach and deliver change appropriately Planning / risk and issue buy in management Hold business level workshops to develop necessary change and get business level Essential
Able to work autonomously (within confines of role) and able to manage a degree of ambiguity (with support)
Strong planning and organizational skills - i.e. able to plan own time and plan out implementations Desired skills: - Previous knowledge or experience of financial crime (either AML or Fraud) would be an advantage
Essential skills - Understanding/knowledge of the design and change management process - Strong stakeholder management skills at peer level (in particular communication and negotiation) - ability to establish credibility with stakeholders - Strong presentation skills (again, at peer level) and ability to develop presentations in PPT to suit a variety of audiences
To qualify for this role you must have working experience in a Big 5 consulting environment (Accenture, Deloitte Touche Consulting, Ernst & Young, KPMG Consulting, PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PW Coopers))
