Job Description The Agile Coach and Quality Assurance Officer are key actors within a transformation context of the IT. The position covers the two roles, mainly in Brussels: A. Agile Coach, providing pilot projects and management with : - Operational and efficient support, guidance and expertise on agile practices, - Rules and quick-wins to organise and monitor the agile team, made up with both Business and IT actors, - An agile framework extension of the CMMI-based methodology, including templates, guiding forms and/or guides, studies of tooling solutions for continuous integration, testing and releasing. B. Quality Assurance Officer, in charge of the following activities : - Define with the IT project/application portfolio managers the activities to be implemented in accordance with the applicable processes of the lifecycle and context, - Manage waivers, - Conduct reviews, in order to assess the level of compliance (process and product quality) and level of overall risk of the project / application portfolio, - Report the QA results and analysis to Organization Managers (Business Unit, Domain, CIO, Q&M) in order to provide them with action plans and risk mitigation levers. As a Member of the Quality & Methods team, the Agile coach/QAO also: - Provides support to IT teams and management, - Contributes to the overall Methodology processes and tools optimization, with consistency for QA process and practices - Takes part in QA Group community for practices share and improvement. 2. Required Skills The role requires: - At least one successful experience in agile project (SCRUM, XP or RUP/AUP-based), - Strong Quality Assurance knowledge and experience, and/or a method implementation within an IT organization (CMMI-based), - Good communication and listening skills (with operational and management from both IT and Business lines), - Pragmatic and results oriented mindset, - Strong autonomy with business efficiency sensitiveness and sense of priority, - Ability to work fluently in both French and English. 3. Experience 10 years of experience in software project/application management (MOA and/or MOE) and at least 3 years in CMMI-based process management or Quality Assurance - Successful experience in providing teams with ’agile’ operationnal support, for instance as SCRUM Master. - Experience in project management, in managing risks/issues and changes - Experience in asset management or in investment banking IT environment are appreciated
